Due to the nature of software licenses, activation keys, and digital subscriptions, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an activation key has been issued, delivered, printed, or dispatched.
Software licenses are unique, non-transferable, and cannot be resold after delivery. For this reason, all software sales are considered final.
Please ensure that:
You have selected the correct product, subscription term, and device quantity.
The product is compatible with your device and operating system.
If you are renewing an existing subscription, you have confirmed compatibility with your current product before placing your order.
If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing. We are happy to help you choose the correct product.
If you receive:
the wrong product,
an incorrect activation key,
or a physically damaged shipment,
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other suitable resolution.
If an activation key cannot be activated due to a verified manufacturing or licensing issue, we will work with the software publisher to validate the problem and provide a replacement key where applicable.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, eligible remedies will be provided.
